"Body in the dark room" By Cheyanne Cheney

Body in the dark room
I do not forget you
The words weren't kind
The words weren't cruel
They were Final
But my Soul wasn't here She slipped out hours ago
Muttering about friends I will never meet
Names I have never heard
They wait for her in places I can't follow
Well tonight the message
Come home

"The origin of hope" By Cheyanne Cheney

 The origin of hope

Hope, you're getting older.

I want you with me during my prayers.

Hope, o soul of mine, and your story didn't begin once in North Carolina.

After Skeeter and Scarlett passed away, I dreamed of you 2 weeks later as a small white glowing cat. I was only 15 then

and I thought it came from the universe.

I was too young to understand

if it was from God. Even though you were a stranded kitten

on the road of North Carolina. through Susan, she took care of you and brought you to us when we were all in Missouri.

Two weeks after Skeeter and Scarlett

fell ill and passed, I had the dream of the white kitten in the backyard.

In less than a week, the surprise happened.

The gift.

It was you.

You are God's baby and you're the most intelligent cat ever.

You traveled cross country two times, especially with us, from Missouri to Danville.

I love you, baby.

this deep feeling of longing and sweetness might really be a gentle reminder from God in our hearts. That soft tug, the feeling that something wonderful is just beyond our grasp, could be His way of nudging us to remember
